Ready for baby Mason to get here!

Happy Easter!!

We had so much fun making Easter eggs with Mya this year. We decided to take the Easter excitement outside so we could get a little messy.

Of course, Little Miss Independant was all ready to do it herself. She would "carefully" plop the eggs into the glasses full of dye.

Here are some of our beautiful eggs. Mya did a great job!

Here are a few of our favorite pictures of Mya in her Easter dress. Don't let the frills and flowers fool you...this little girl loves her headbands and jewelry but she will ditch them in a heartbeat to play ball, swing and slide, and dig in the sand and rocks. She's the best of both worlds!

Baby Shower for Mason

My sister, Toni, threw us a beautiful baby shower for Mason. So many of our friends and family came. We were truly blessed by the generosity that they showed us. Here are a few pictures from that day.

Toni made a cupcake display for the shower. They were so delicious!

I loved the popcorn in the "Ready to Pop!" containers. So cute!!

One of the quilts that Toni made...love all of the beautiful quilts she makes!

Thank you to all of our family and friends who were there to celebrate with us. A big thank you to Toni for making it such a special day for us. We love you all!

Here Comes Santa Claus

Mya woke up to find that Santa brought her a kitchen! She has always loved to be in the kitchen watching and helping so this was the perfect present from Santa.

Mya immediately knew what to do and started cooking.

Mya also got two Cabbage Patch Kids that she later named Violet and Tutu.

We even had a white Christmas.
