Since Mya was only 3 weeks old at Halloween, we did not go trick or treating or dress up in a costume. Next year we will for sure! We DID have a fun family day and began some traditions with Mya.
Thank you cousin Savannah for our fun Halloween onesie to wear, today. Thank you, also, Aunt Toni for our Halloween quilt. Thanks to Aunt Toni we have a quilt for every holiday.
Savannah also got Mya this sweet little pumpkin hat. Savannah spoils her little cousin...rotten! :)
We took Mya to Rombach's Pumpkin Patch. They had lots of fun things for the kids to do there like hay rides and mazes. Mya will definitely enjoy this as she gets older and we visit each year together. We took a family picture in front of The Great Pumpkin Pyramid.
Mommy and her little pumpkin
I thought this was a funny sign. It brought back memories of taking class field trips to pumpkin patches when I was teaching.
Mya and her Daddy with all of the fall trees in the background.
After the Pumpkin Patch, we had lunch at Balducci's (the best pizza ever!) and then headed home. Mya watched one of her Mommy's favorites, It's the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown. Definitely another tradition. It was such a great day together!!Happy First Halloween Mya!!
